The University of Nebraska is well represented at the National Football Foundation and College Football Hall of Fame in Atlanta.
Nebraska's total reached 27 in 2024, as former Husker player, assistant and head coach Frank Solich was inducted into the Hall of Fame as a head coach.
Three former Huskers were inducted as charter members of the College Football Hall of Fame in 1951, including two-time All-America tackle Ed Weir, Coach Fielding Yost and Coach Dana X. Bible.
