Nebraska student-athletes have won more NCAA Impact Awards (formerly Top Ten Award) than any other school in the country. Regarded as the nation's most prestigious academic award, Nebraska has had 19 recipients. Micaylon Moore was NU's most recent honoree in 2025, when he was Impact Award winner in the inaugural year of the renamed award. The NCAA Impact Award recognizes one exceptional male and female student-athlete from each NCAA division. It honors seniors who have achieved a high level of athletic excellence, academic success, and service to their communities. The award, selected by the NCAA Awards Committee, celebrates student-athletes for their overall impact and contributions.
