Lincoln, Neb. -- Nebraska head coach Rhonda Revelle and assistants Lori Sippel and Jennifer Cline have been named the Midwest Region Softball Coaching Staff of the Year by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association. With the selection, the NU coaching staff earned a spot on the 2002 Speedline NFCA Division I National Coaching Staff of the Year ballot. The national ballot includes staffs from 10 different regions. Voting by member head coaches will be completed by June 25, and the award will be announced June 26.
