Lincoln, Neb. - Leigh Ann Walker tossed a one-hit shutout to lead the fourth-ranked Nebraska softball team to a 1-0 win over Baylor Saturday afternoon before 959 fans at Bowlin Stadium. Walker (16-2) gave up an infield single, struck out nine Bears and yielded two walks in her 14th complete game of the season, as the Huskers improved to 30-6 overall and 3-1 in the Big 12 Conference.

NU Coach Rhonda Revelle credited the Huskers for bouncing back after suffering a 1-0 upset loss to Baylor (34-10, 5-3) Friday night in Lincoln.
