Lincoln ? The second annual Nebraska Baseball School Coaches Clinic is set for Friday and Saturday, Jan. 9-10, at the Schulte Fieldhouse.
The event includes presentations by Coaches Mike Anderson, Rob Childress, Andy Sawyers and Brandt Vlieger, and also features other college and high school coaches around the Midwest. Some of the guest presenters this weekend include Creighton Head Coach Ed Servais, former Kansas Head Coach Dave Bingham and Haymarket Park Head Groundskeeper Dan Bergstrom, who handles Hawks Field, which was named Field of the Year in 2003.
The cost for the two-day session is $50 in advance or $60 at the door, and coaches can sign up by calling Renee Brinkman at the NU Baseball Office at (402) 472-2269. A complete schedule for the clinic is listed below.
