Lincoln ? University of Nebraska volleyball coach John Cook announced Thursday that Nebraska’s match against Baylor on Saturday, Nov. 18 has been moved from 7 p.m. to 2 p.m.<?xml:namespace prefix="o" ns="urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office"?>
The move not only allows Nebraska fans a chance to see the nation’s top-ranked volleyball team take on Baylor in a key Big 12 match, but it allows fans to also see the highly-anticipated men’s basketball game between Nebraska and Creighton that evening at the Devaney Center, the first NU-Creighton contest for new Nebraska Coach Doc Sadler.
The only volleyball home match that is currently TBA is the Saturday, Nov. 4, showdown between the Huskers and No. 23 Oklahoma. That time will be determined after the start time for the Nebraska-Missouri football game is announced. The NU-OU volleyball match is for first place in the Big 12, as the Sooners are currently in second place in the league, one game behind the Huskers.
