I respect the tradition that Coach Walker has started at Nebraska, and I feel privileged to say that I am now a Husker.”
Carlson on Bartels: "I knew we had a great player when Stacy was a freshman in 2006 and was going one-on-one against [current Husker] Carly Peetz. Stacy did more than hold her own and never backed down."
Walker on Bartels: “Stacy is a mobile one-versus-one player who can play on the flank or as a striker. She is very quick in tight spaces and we hope that she can continue our tradition of having excellent one-versus-one attackers in our program.”
