Hendricks Training Complex First Look
Last week, we had an opportunity to tour the construction of the Hendricks Training Complex with the Capital Planning and Construction staff, and snapped a few pictures of the progress on the facility which opens this October. To take a look at the images, click on the link.

You can start seeing specific areas in the facility and fans will be impressed when they have a chance to see the facility in the fall. If you have toured North Stadium, the waterfall has that "wow" factor when you enter the building. The Hendricks Complex will have its own signature item, as the main entrance will feature a 3-D basketball net that runs nearly the entire wall.

Huskers Host Junior Red Zone Clinic
Earlier this week, the Huskers hosted members of the junior Red Zone for their annual clinic at the Devaney Center. The little kids had a chance to play games, go through drills and learn about basketball from many of the Huskers. Check out the photo gallery from the event as well.

On to the Euroleague Final Four
Congratulations are in order for former Husker center Aleks Maric, whose Panathinaikos team advanced to the Euroleague Final Four Thursday night with a 78-67 win over Regal FC Barcelona.

It has been a tough season for Maric, as he has battled injuries for most of the year, including a cyst on his right elbow last fall and a triceps tear in December. He recently has returned to action for the playoffs against Regal Barcelona, appearing in three games and totaling six points and four rebounds. He did not play in the Thursday's playoff clincher, as Panathinaikos knocked off the defending Euroleague champion.

Panathinaikos will attempt to win its sixth Euroleague title next month (May 6-8) in Barcelona.
