Dear Husker Volleyball Supporters,
Thank you again for all of your support as we are nearing the end of the 2011 Nebraska volleyball season.
On Saturday we were able to honor our three seniors- Brooke Delano, Brigette Root and Jordan Wilberger -for all they have given to the Nebraska volleyball program over the last four years. Thank you for helping us recognize them and show them our appreciation.
We wrapped up our regular-season home schedule with two 3-1 wins last week over No. 19 Minnesota and over Wisconsin. Both contests were a great way to end our regular-season home schedule in front of two more sold out crowds. More information about the end of our regular season can be found by clicking here.
Tonight we face Iowa on Tuesday, Nov. 22 at 6 p.m. in Iowa City, Iowa and then travel to Evanston, Ill., to take on Northwestern on Saturday at 7 p.m. With one win this week our team will be able to clinch the Big Ten Championship outright and earn an automatic berth to the NCAA Championship.
Once again, your support is what makes Nebraska volleyball so special and we thank you for proving that there truly is no place like Nebraska.
