The Nebraska beach volleyball team swept Utah, 5-0, in its lone match at Queen's Beach in Honolulu, Hawaii on Sunday.
The Huskers improved to 3-5 overall with their second win in Hawaii this weekend over the Utes.
Justine Wong-Orantes and Andie Malloy swept their No. 1 match, 2-0, as did Kelly Hunter and Lauren Stivrins at No. 3. The other three Husker pairs won their matches 2-1: Annika Albrecht and Olivia Boender at No. 2, Kenzie Maloney and Mikaela Foecke at No. 4 and Brooke Smith and Sydney Townsend at No. 5.
The Huskers battle Hawaii at 9 p.m. (CT) on Monday at the Ching Complex. The match will have a free live video feed. It will be the Huskers' final match in Hawaii before traveling to Arizona for three more matches beginning Thursday.
