Rylie Unzicker pinch ran at first, but back-to-back strikeouts kept her at first. She stole second and Metzler was walked to put the winning run on base.  A popup ended the inning and Nebraska was not able to make anything come of the leadoff single.    In the top of the seventh, Tulsa had an opportunity to extend their lead, but the NU defense stood strong. A leadoff single put a runner on. A fielder's choice got the lead runner on, but put another runner on first. A single put runners on first and second. Another fielder's choice got the lead runner out at third and Metzler made a great catch in left field to get the third out.   In the bottom of the seventh, the Huskers started their comeback with a two-out single from Edwards. Jablonski followed suit, finding a gap on the right side to get the winning run on base. Bree Boruff pinch ran for Jablonski. Madi Unzicker was walked to load the bases for the Huskers and put Taylor Otte at the plate. Otte was down 0-2 in the count, but made contact with the next pitch. The ball went toward the right side and stayed in the infield, but Otte used her speed to beat the Tulsa infielder. Meanwhile Edwards had scored the tying run. Boruff had rounded third and took off for home. Tulsa attempted to throw her out at home, but Boruff was too quick to be caught. She was safe at home, ending the game and giving the Huskers the win.   Nebraska will face Kansas later this afternoon at approximately 2:20 p.m.
