The Nebraska women's basketball program continues to make a big impression during @B1GWBBall Media Week, Oct. 22-26.

As of Thursday, Oct. 25 at 3 p.m. (CT) when the Big Ten Women's Basketball Season Preview began to air on the Big Ten Network, the media views for video interviews of Big Ten coaches and players had already set record highs, and Nebraska was leading the way for the 14-team conference.

Overall, video views of coach interviews surpassed 65,500 while video views of Big Ten players surpassed 46,300, accounting for nearly 112,000 views. Those total views, which continue to grow by the minute, shattered the previous media week record of just over 91,000 set in the first year of @B1GWBBall Media Week in 2016.

Nebraska Coach Amy Williams' five-minute video interview with BTN's Elise Menaker set the tone for the record-breaking exposure of media week with more than 19,200 views - more than doubling the views of any other Big Ten coach. Michigan's Kim Barnes Arico received nearly 8,700 views of her interview, while Ohio State's Kevin McGuff added nearly 5,800 views. A total of 12 of the 14 Big Ten coaches each received at least 1,500 views with six surpassing 4,000 each.

Husker senior forward Maddie Simon led all Big Ten players in video views with 8,850 in just over a 24-hour period. Simon was one of only three Big Ten players to receive more than 5,000 video views, while Big Ten Player-of-the-Year Megan Gustafson from Iowa received just over 4,700 views.

Overall, Williams and Simon received the top two video view totals during the first four days of @B1GWBBall Media Week, combining for more than 28,000 of the 112,000 total views - 25 percent of the Big Ten's overall video exposure.

@HuskersWBB fans are encouraged to continue their record-setting engagement with @B1GWBBall Media Week.
