Sixteen Huskers Named WCGA Scholastic All-Americans

Sixteen members of the Nebraska women’s gymnastics team were selected as WGCA Scholastic All-Americans on Wednesday.

Kinsey Davis, Martina Comin and Clara Colombo were honored for the fourth time, while Emma Spence, Lucy Stanhope and Halle Rourke received the award for the third time. Genesis Gibson, Katelyn Barth, Emalee Frost, Lauren Homecillo, Allie Gard and Annie Worley claimed the achievement for the second time and Reese Baechle, Isabel Sikon, Olivia Burns and Whitney Jencks were all first-time honorees.

In order to be named a WCGA Scholastic All-American, athletes must maintain a GPA of 3.5 or above.

Spence, who was also a 2024 Big Ten Distinguished Scholar, maintained a perfect 4.0 grade-point average.
