The Nebraska bowling team is set to compete in eight tournaments this season, as the Huskers announced the 2024-25 schedule this week. The Huskers will travel to all eight tournaments, starting in early October.
NU will travel north to start its season in Youngstown, Ohio, at the MOTIV Penguin Classic, October 11-13, hosted by Youngstown State. The team finished third out of 14 teams in this kick-off competition last season.
The Big Red will then travel the following weekend for the Destination Orlando tournament in Orlando, Florida, October 18-20, hosted by Sacred Heart. Up next, the team will head back north to Kenosha, Wis., for the SFA Jacks Invite, November 8-10.
NU will then compete in their final fall contest at the Garden State Classic in Howell, N.J., November 22-24, hosted by Monmouth.
After a break in December, Nebraska will start competition again January 17-19 in Deptford, N.J., at the Northeast Classic, in the second tournament hosted by Sacred Heart. In this event last season, the Huskers finished fifth out of the 34 competing teams.
Up next, the team will compete in the Prairie View A&M Invite in Arlington, Texas, January 24-26 before traveling to Lockport, Ill., for the Flyer Class, February 7-9.
The Huskers will close out the regular season on the road at the Mid-Winter Invitational in Jonesboro, Ark., February 14-16, hosted by Arkansas State.
