11 Huskers Named First Team CGA All-America Scholar Athletes

11 Nebraska Men’s gymnasts were named All-America Scholar-Athletes announced the College Gymnastics Association. 

Taylor Christopulos, Asher Cohen, James Friedman, Cooper Giles, Chris Hiser, Luke James, Toby Liang, Chase Mondi, Cole Partridge, Sam Phillips, and Zac Tiderman were all named to the first-team All-America Scholar-Athlete honors for attaining a 3.50 grade point average or higher. 

Illinois received the team award with the highest grade point average of 3.72. Nebraska finished in the top 10 with a grade average of 3.31. 

The College Gymnastics Association honored a total of 191 individual gymnasts as the 2024 First and Second Team All-America Scholar Athletes.
