Lincoln, Neb.- The Nebraska men’s gymnastics team is set to travel to the Air Force Academy to compete at the Rocky Mountain Open on Saturday, Jan. 18 at 7 p.m. (CT) in Colorado Springs, Colo. Nebraska will take on Air Force, Oklahoma, Simpson, Stanford and GymACT teams at the Cadet West Gym. The meet is available to stream on YouTube.
Last Time Out
Nebraska earned a fourth-place finish at the 2024 NCAA Championships with Asher Cohen, Zac Tiderman and Taylor Christopulos earning All-American honors. Nebraska has 17 returners and two newcomers and is defending its Big Ten Regular season title.
Rule Changes
The NCAA Men’s Gymnastics Rule Committee announced that for the 2025 season, a “four up four count” lineup will be implemented. This changes from last year's “five up five count.” Gymnasts will also decrease to eight skills per routine.

#9 Air Force
Nebraska holds an 88-8 record against Air Force.
#3 Oklahoma
Nebraska will face OU twice this season. The Sooners lead all-time with a 116-108-2 record against Nebraska.
#15 Simpson
Nebraska has a 1-0 record against the Storm.
#1 Stanford
No.1 Stanford comes off their fifth straight NCAA title, tying Nebraska for the most consecutive NCAA titles in a row. Stanford leads with a 54-23 record over the Huskers.
