Huskers Sweep Hawaii Pacific

The Nebraska beach volleyball team won its 12th match in a row, sweeping Hawaii Pacific 5-0 on Friday at Hunakai Park in Honolulu, Hawaii. 

All five Husker pairs won in two-set sweeps on Friday, as Nebraska defeated Hawaii Pacific for the third time in three days.

Rebekah Allick and Olivia Mauch played as NU's No. 1 pair on Friday, winning 21-10, 21-13. Andi Jackson and Harper Murray played as the No. 2 pair and won 21-11, 21-12. 

Bergen Reilly and Teraya Sigler played in the No. 3 spot and won 21-5, 21-6. Laney Choboy and Skyler Pierce picked up a 21-13, 21-13 victory in Flight 4, while Maisie Boesiger and Taylor Landfair closed out the match with a 21-6, 21-16 win. 

The Huskers (12-3) will return to the mainland next week and will play 10 matches in California from March 19-22. Up first will be matches against The Master's at 2 p.m. (CT) and CSUN at 4 p.m. (CT) on Wednesday, March 19.
