Sophomore Beatrix Tanko collected her third medal of the week at the 2025 Hungarian National Championships, racing to silver in the 100-meter butterfly in a time of 59.41 on Saturday, April 12.
Tanko, a Husker sophomore from Budapest, Hungary, cruised to a time of 1:00.67 in the prelims earlier on Saturday, before posting her second-place time in the final.
Saturday's silver-medal-winning performance capped an outstanding week for Tanko, which included a gold medal in the 50-meter butterfly and a silver in the 50-meter freestyle.
