Nebraska had four athletes compete at the 2026 Winter Cup on Feb. 20 in Louisville, Kentucky.
Graduate student Taylor Christopulos finished sixth in the all-around with a score of 77.505. He scored 12.60 on floor exercise, 12.775 on pommel horse and 12.45 on still rings. He placed seventh on vault with a 13.85, added a 13.25 on parallel bars and closed with a 12.60 on high bar.
Alex Nitache placed 11th in the all-around with a score of 76.371. He finished fifth on floor with a 13.70, followed by a 10.40 on pommel horse, 12.55 on still rings and 13.221 on vault. Nitache posted a 13.00 on parallel bars and a 13.50 on high bar.
Max Odden finished 22nd in the all-around with a score of 72.40. He placed fourth on floor exercise with a 13.70. Odden recorded a 12.40 on pommel horse, 12.65 on still rings and 13.35 on vault before finishing with a 9.75 on parallel bars and a 10.55 on high bar.
Graduate student Chris Hiser competed in three events. He scored a 12.35 on floor exercise, won the still rings title with a 14.352 and tied for third on vault with a 14.10.
Nebraska returns to action Saturday, Feb. 28, at 6 p.m. CT at Oklahoma.
