Lincoln - First-team All-Big Ten point guard Britt Prince led a strong list of four Nebraska Academic All-District selections for women's basketball announced by the College Sports Communicators on Tuesday, March 24.
Prince, a 5-11 sophomore out of Elkhorn North High School, will advance to the national ballot with voting by CSC members March 24-31.
A high IQ performer both on and off the court, Prince powered Nebraska to its third consecutive NCAA Tournament appearance by leading the Huskers in scoring (17.9 ppg), assists (4.4 apg) and steals (1.5 spg). She added 4.1 rebounds per contest. Prince, who started all 32 games for the Big Red, also ranked among national leaders by hitting 91.2 percent of her free throws on the season, including a school-record 56 consecutive makes. She added 53.5 percent shooting from the floor, including 45.7 percent success from three-point range on the year.
In two NCAA Tournament games, the Nancy Lieberman Award candidate averaged 24.5 points, 3.5 rebounds, 3.5 assists, 2.0 blocked shots and 1.0 steal. She closed the tournament with a 27-point performance against No. 21 Baylor, which was the second-highest scoring total by any Husker in an NCAA Tournament game in program history.
Over the last five games of the 2025-26 season, Prince averaged 21.0 points, 5.4 rebounds, 5.8 assists, 1.4 steals and 1.6 blocked shots.
In the classroom, Prince earned Academic All-Big Ten honors by posting nearly a 3.7 cumulative grade-point average as a business administration major. She is a three-time member of the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll.
Callin Hake, Amiah Hargrove and Logan Nissley joined Prince on the CSC Academic All-District Team. Each school is limited to a maximum of four nominees, although six Huskers met the nominating criteria, including redshirt freshman Kennadi Williams and sophomore Claire Johnson.
Hake, a senior guard from Victoria, Minn., earned her third consecutive Academic All-District honors. A 2025 Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and a three-time Academic All-Big Ten selection, Hake is a two-time President of the Nebraska Student-Athlete Advisory Committee and the current chair of the Big Ten Student-Athlete Issues Commission. A seven-time member of the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll, Hake carries nearly a 3.7 GPA as a dual major in management and marketing.
On the court, Hake joined Prince in starting all 32 games for the Big Red this season. She averaged 7.2 points, 2.5 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 1.3 steals while setting a school-record by drawing 33 charges on the year.
Nissley, a junior guard from Bismarck, N.D., claimed her second CSC Academic All-District award. The 2025 Big Ten Distinguished Scholar and two-time Academic All-Big Ten choice carries better than a 3.5 GPA as a child, youth and family studies major.
A key player in Nebraska's three consecutive NCAA Tournament trips in her first three seasons in Lincoln, Nissley averaged a career-best 8.9 points while adding 2.5 rebounds and 2.3 assists over 30 games in 2025-26. She also moved to No. 6 on Nebraska's career three-point list with 179 makes in her three-year career, including 65 as a junior.
Hargrove earned her first Academic All-District nod as a sophomore. The 6-2 forward from Christopher, Ill., moved into the starting lineup down the stretch for the Big Red and finished her second season as a Husker by ranking second on the team in scoring (12.7 ppg) while leading Nebraska in rebounding (5.5 rpg).
In the classroom, Hargrove has earned Academic All-Big Ten honors and three spots on the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll by carrying nearly a 3.6 GPA as a sociology major.
