The Rawlings Gold Glove Award presented by the National Fastpitch Coaches Association recognizes the best defensive players at their respective positions. Nine Division I student-athletes are honored - one at each position. Rawlings Sporting Goods Company created the award in 2022 and Nebraska's Courtney Wallace was honored as the inaugural pitcher to receive the award. Jordy Frahm earned the award as a pitcher in 2026.

The selection committee "utilizes advanced fielding analytics, fielding statistics, strength of schedule and compilations of video to closely examine finalists and select the winners at every defensive position".
