Parents are David and Karen Newhan. • Has one sister, Gianna. • Father, David, played two seasons as an all-conference player at Pepperdine and was drafted in the 17th round of the 1995 MLB Draft by the Oakland Athletics. • Majoring in criminology and criminal justice.
