Christian Jones was one of the top players in Nebraska while starring on offense and defense at Omaha Westside High School.  A standout linebacker, Jones was part of two state championships with the Warriors and was a member of four teams that played in the state championship game. He was selected to play in the 2025 Navy All-American Bowl as a high school All-American.

As a senior, Jones made 94 tackles, including 16 tackles for loss and three sacks, helping the Warriors to a 12-1 record. Jones added a pair of interceptions, nine pass breakups and three forced fumbles. He also caught 12 passes for 116 yards as a receiver.

Jones helped Westside to back-to-back state championships in his sophomore and junior seasons. In his junior season, Jones had 69 tackles and 14 tackles for loss, while adding two forced fumbles, an interception and two defensive touchdowns. Jones also caught 20 passes for 548 yards and nine touchdowns. 

Jones made 50 tackles, including five tackles for loss and three sacks as a sophomore, while adding an interception and three forced fumbles. Jones made an immediate impact as a freshman with 50 tackles, including 11 tackles for loss, six sacks, an interception and three forced fumbles, while catching nine passes on offense.

Jones also participated in basketball and track, clocking a time of 10.8 in the 100 meters.

Jones is a consensus choice as the top player in the state of Nebraska and is ranked as a top 10 linebacker nationally by ESPN and Rivals. Those two services rank him among the top 100 players in the nation, while 247Sports has him among the top 247 players in the nation.
