Before Nebraska (Bishop Neumann HS)
Conor Booth was one of the nation’s most prolific running backs as a standout at Wahoo Bishop Neumann High School. Booth accounted for more than 6,000 rushing yards and 100 touchdowns during his career.
As a senior, Booth rushed for 2,956 yards and 50 touchdowns, both of which were Class C-2 state records. He averaged better than 11 yards per rush to lead Bishop Neumann to an 11-2 record and the state championship game. Booth rushed for better than 100 yards in 11 of the Cavaliers’ 13 games on the season. He also served as Neumann’s punter and averaged better than 38 yards per punt. Booth earned first-team All-Nebraska from the Omaha World-Herald and was the honorary offensive captain of the Lincoln Journal Star Super-State team.
Booth helped Neumann to the state playoffs and an 8-2 record as a junior when he rushed for 2,159 yards and 31 touchdowns, while posting 10 100-yard rushing games. He also had 185 receiving yards and eight touchdown catches. For his efforts as a junior, Booth was a first-team All-Nebraska selection, a Super-State honoree and the NebPreps state player of the year.
Booth first shined as a sophomore, helping Neumann to the state playoffs while rushing for 964 yards and 18 touchdowns on 72 carries. He also made 19 tackles on defense and was an all-district honoree. Booth also saw varsity action as a freshman.
He also played baseball and was a two-time all-state pick.
Booth was regarded as a consensus top five player in the state of Nebraska and was ranked among the top 30 running backs in the country by Rivals.

Conor is the son of Joe and Abbie Booth. Conor is a management major.
