Dylan Rogers has played in four games this season. He made his Husker debut against UTEP and then posted his first career tackle the next week against Colorado.

Rogers redshirted in his first season at Nebraska.

Before Nebraska (Cypress Woods HS)
Rogers is a versatile defender capable of playing on the defensive line, as an edge rusher or as a linebacker. Rogers was a tackling machine for Cypress Woods High School in Texas.

According to MaxPreps, Rogers recorded more than 230 tackles in his prep career with 16.0 tackles for loss, five sacks and five interceptions. He was a three-time all-district selection

As a senior, Rogers totaled 83 tackles, 8.5 TFLs, one sack, one interception, two passes defended, one fumble recovery and one forced fumble. He recorded 80 tackles with 3.5 tackles for loss, 2.0 sacks and four interceptions in his junior season. Rogers made a big impact as a sophomore, registering 70 tackles with 4.0 TFLs and 2.0 sacks.

Rogers was rated among the top 30 linebackers in the country by Rivals. A three-star recruit, Rogers had offers from schools in all five power conferences and chose Nebraska over Colorado, Houston, Kansas State, Missouri and Texas.

Dylan was born on Nov. 18, 2004, and he is the son of Darnell and Robbie Rogers. He is majoring in business administration.
