Before Nebraska (Carver HS/Alabama)
Elijah Pritchett spent three seasons at Alabama before joining Nebraska. He played in 29 games with 11 starts over his three seasons with the Crimson Tide.
Pritchett played in two games at left tackle while redshirting in 2022. He played in all 14 games of the 2023 season, seeing action at left tackle and on special teams. Pritchett earned a starting spot in 2024, starting 11 games at right tackle and one game at left tackle. An in-season addition to the Outland Trophy Watch List, Pritchett helped Alabama rank in the top 25 nationally in scoring offense in 2024.
Pritchett played his prep ball for Carver High School in Georgia. He was regarded as a five-star prospect by Rivals and 247Sports, with Rivals listing Pritchett as the No. 1 offensive tackle in the country and the nation’s No. 22 overall recruit. Pritchett was a consensus choice as a top-100 recruit and was chosen for the All-American Bowl.
