Patricia Peterson is in her 18th year with Nebraska Athletics and first as Senior Associate Athletic Director - Compliance after being promoted in September of 2024.
Peterson leads a compliance staff of seven members that ensure the conduct and operations of Nebraska’s 24 athletic teams are in compliance with NCAA and Big Ten Conference rules and regulations. She also serves as one of the administrators for men’s basketball.
A native of Omaha and a graduate of Burke High School, Peterson earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2003. She continued her education by earning her juris doctorate from the Nebraska College of Law in 2006.
