A native of Newtown, Pennsylvania, Cairone played for Coach Gavin Flannigan at Council Rock High School North, where she has tallied 65 goals, 30 assists and four hat tricks. Cairone is a three-time CR North Best Attacking Player, a 2023 First-Team Suburban One League honoree and CR North MVP, an all-regional and all-state player in 2023 and a four-time leading scorer. Cairone is also a three-time all-league honoree and helped her high school to two conference championships and four playoff appearances.

On the club side, Cairone competed for PDA Blue ECNL, earning two national championship appearances and a top-five finish.
Personal Information
Mia is the daughter of Stephen and Kari Cairone and was born on Aug. 8th, 2007. She has two sisters, Anna and Ella, and is majoring in biological sciences.
