Indoor: Opened his freshman year of competition at the Husker Holiday Open with a team title in the men’s 4x400m (3:15.61), he also competed in the men’s 300m, placing third with a time of 34.71…Continued with a strong fourth-place finish in the men’s 400m race running 48.28 at the Graduate Classic and contributed to a first-place finish in the men’s 4x400m (3:15.23)...Helped to a 4x400m team win at the Mark Colligan Memorial with a team time of 3:14.60 and finished fourth in the men’s 400m race with a time of 49.00.

Before Nebraska
Attended Boling High School and Wharton High School...set high school bests of 21.20 in the 200m and 47.09 in the 400m...was a three-time district, area and regional champion and a three-time state qualifier.
