Indoor: Recorded a season-best shot put mark of 46-11 ¾ (14.32m) at the Mark Colligan Memorial and a season-best weight throw mark of 50-4 ½ (15.35m) at the Nebraska Tune-Up…posted three top-five finishes, including at the Prairie Wolf Indoor Invitational and the Nebraska Tune-Up.

Outdoor: Competed at the Shocker Open, placing second in the shot put with a 46-6 ¾ (14.19m) and eighth in the hammer throw (139-5, 42.49m).

Attended Norris High School...two-time all-state selection (2022, 2023)...three-time all-conference selection (2021, 2022, 2023)...2023 all-class gold...2023 team state, district and conference title.
