Eddie Praley joined the Nebraska women's basketball full-time staff as the video and creative content coordinator in September of 2023.

Praley coordinates all aspects of Nebraska's video program, including practice video, opponent video and organizing opponent scouting reports with coaches.

He also helps coordinate Nebraska's social media team for recruiting purposes across all platforms, working closely with the Husker Digital, Athletic Communications, Marketing and Ticketing areas to develop short- and long-term plans.

Praley came to Nebraska after a one-year stint as the video coordinator at Maryland in 2022-23. He helped the Terrapins to the NCAA Elite Eight. It was his second stint working with the Terrapins, after also serving as a video intern at Maryland in 2015-16.

In nine seasons in NCAA Division I video departments, Praley has helped his teams to the postseason every year, including six NCAA Tournament trips, one NCAA Elite Eight, two Sweet Sixteens and six appearances in the NCAA second round. He also was part of a WNIT Championship team. His teams have averaged nearly 24 wins per season.

Praley has strong experience in video, creative and recruiting operations at multiple stops around the Big Ten and the nation.

From the fall of 2018 to the spring of 2022, Praley spent four seasons as the coordinator of video and recruiting operations at Iowa State, where he helped the Cyclones to a trio of NCAA Tournament appearances, including the 2022 NCAA Sweet Sixteen.

He assisted the Cyclones with all aspects of video editing and opponent scouts while assisting with graphic design and creative materials for recruiting purposes.

Praley joined the Iowa State program after spending two seasons at Indiana as a graduate assistant (2016-18). He helped Indiana to a pair of Postseason WNIT trips, including a WNIT Championship in 2018.

His stint at Indiana followed his first stop in the Big Ten Conference with one season as a video intern at Maryland. He helped break down game film, created team videos and assisted with creative design during his stretch with the Terps, who finished 31-4 and captured Big Ten regular-season and tournament titles before advancing to the NCAA second round.

Praley also has experience working summer camps at Duke, George Washington, Maryland and Virginia.

Praley earned his bachelor's degree in business administration from Guilford College in Greensboro, N.C., in 2015. He added a master's degree in educational leadership and administration from Indiana in 2018.
