2024 (Junior)
Kuenemann competed on floor once for Nebraska, posting a 9.800. She was named to the Academic All-Big Ten team for the second-straight year.

2023 (Sophomore) 
Katie Kuenemann competed in all 12 meets during the 2023 season, helping the Huskers to the NCAA Denver Regional. Kuenemann set and matched career-best scores on both vault and floor. She tallied a personal best 9.825 on vault at the Big Five meet. Kuenemann earned a 9.850 on floor at the Masters Classic, matching her personal best on the event. 

2022 (Freshman)
Kuenemann competed regularly on floor during the 2022 season. She made her collegiate debut against Iowa on floor. Kuenemann notched a career-high score of 9.850 on floor against Ohio State. The freshman matched her career high on floor with a 9.850 at the Big Five meet. 

Before Nebraska
Kuenemann competed for Texas East Gymnastics under coaches Martin and Stacy Parsley. At the 2019 Texas State Championships, Kuenemann won the uneven bars title. Kuenemann also finished second in the all-around, on beam and on vault. She competed at the 2021 Level 10 Regionals and finished second on floor and third on vault. 

Personal
The daughter of Karl and Kristi Kuenemann, Katie was born on March 6, 2003 in Longview, Texas. She has one older brother, Korbin, and a younger brother, Owen. A nutrition and health sciences major, Katie earned Academic All-Big Ten honors in 2023. She is a three-time member of the Nebraska Scholar-Athlete Honor Roll and a two-time selection to the Tom Osborne Citizenship Team.
