Abbi Taylor joined Nebraska Athletics in April 2025 as a football performance dietitian.
Prior to the Huskers, Taylor served the Cleveland Browns as a performance dietitian where she provided medical nutrition counseling and was responsible for game day, practice and travel nutrition.
Taylor also worked as a football nutrition intern for Northwestern University.
Taylor earned her bachelor's degree in nutrition and dietetics from Bradley University in 2022 and her master's degree in 2023 in nutrition and dietetics.
Taylor earned her associate's degree in science at Illinois Central College (2018-20), where she was a pitcher on the softball team and earned Academic All-America honors.
