Ali Fischer is in her first season as an assistant athletic trainer at Nebraska in 2024.
Prior to Nebraska, Fischer served as a football and men’s tennis athletic trainer intern for two years at Ohio State. She was a seasonal athletic training intern for the Chicago Bears before her time in Columbus, Ohio.
Fischer graduated from Ohio State with her athletic training bachelor’s degree in 2019, and gained student clinical experience in football, track and field, and swimming and diving. Additionally, she completed a summer training camp internship with the Pittsburgh Steelers. Fischer earned her master’s degree in adult and higher education with a concentration in intercollegiate athletic administration from Oklahoma, while serving as a football athletic training graduate assistant.
