Connor O'Dell

Connor O’Dell currently serves Nebraska Athletics as Director, Partnership Services and NIL Operations through Playfly Sports. Since graduating from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln in 2019, O’Dell is in his second stint with the Huskers sandwiched around two years at Ohio State. 

His career has primarily progressed in the Partnership Services teams within the corporate sponsorship division across both athletic departments. In 2026, O’Dell moved into a dual role assisting in launch of a Name, Image, and Likeness Operations staff while still serving the corporate sponsors of Nebraska Athletics within the larger Huskers Athletic Partners team.
