Des Towey joined Nebraska Athletics in March 2025 as a Football Program Assistant. Towey assists with the day-to-day operations of the recruiting and player operations department.
Towey earned his bachelor's degree in communications with minors in strategy, leadership, analytics and management from Tulane University in 2023.
Towey has spent numerous years volunteering for programs such as Team Gleason and Project Main Street.
