Dylan Adams joined Nebraska Athletics in July of 2025 as Assistant Director of Facilities. In his role, he assists with the daily management and operations of the Memorial Stadium Complex, supporting event preparation, facility maintenance, and game-day coordination across multiple units.
Before arriving in Lincoln, Adams served as Director of Facilities, Events, and Operations at Drake University. During his time with the Bulldogs, he managed all athletic and non-athletic events across Drake Athletics facilities, supervised full-time and part-time operations staff, and collaborated with coaches and administrators to support multiple sports programs. He also played a key role in hosting several major events, including the NCAA Men’s Basketball Tournament, the Drake Relays, and multiple Missouri Valley Conference Championships.
Prior to his time at Drake, Adams worked at TBK Bank Sports Complex in Bettendorf, Iowa, as the Sport Operations Manager, and with VenuWorks of Cedar Rapids as an Event Manager for the U.S. Cellular Center and McGrath Amphitheatre. His background also includes experience with the Iowa Cubs and the University of Iowa Athletics Department in event management and ticket operations.
A native of Iowa, Adams earned his bachelor’s degree in Sport and Recreation Management from the University of Iowa.
