Jordan Eubanks is in his second season as a football performance chef/nutrition advisor at Nebraska in 2024. He joined the Huskers in the summer of 2023.
Eubanks assists with the planning and execution of the football nutrition program. Among his duties are educating student-athletes on proper nutrition, creating individual nutrition plans and involvement with daily meal preparation.
