Dr. Justin Greiner is a sports medicine surgeon and assistant professor at the University of Nebraska Medical Center. During college he attended the University of Iowa and was a member of the football team. His medical training included medical school at the University of Iowa followed by an orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Wisconsin. He spent a year dedicated to specialized training in orthopedic sports medicine at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center, where he cared for high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. His clinical practice includes treatment of hip, knee, and shoulder conditions, with an emphasis on minimally invasive and arthroscopic surgical techniques. He is actively engaged in research, with specialized interests in hip arthroscopy and joint preservation. In his free time, he enjoys exercise and spending time with his wife and three children.
