Kaci Natale

Kaci Natale joined Nebraska Athletics in August 2025 as the Assistant Director of Special Events. In this role she is helping to establish and grow the Special Events department—developing strategies for hosting rentals such as concerts, meetings, conferences, banquets, campus-related functions, and other events utilizing Husker facilities.

Previously, Natale served as Event Manager at Pinnacle Bank Arena from 2016 to 2022, directing operations for concerts, sporting events, and other large-scale productions. She began her career there in 2013 as part of the operations crew and intern under Event Management, while simultaneously teaching as a hospitality adjunct instructor at Southeast Community College.

From 2022 to 2025, she worked at Bass Pro Shops & Cabela’s as Marketing Specialist I (2022–2024) and then Marketing Specialist II (2024–2025), where she supported marketing initiatives online and in all US retail locations.

Natale holds an Associate Degree in Hospitality from Southeast Community College (2013), with additional focuses in culinary, baking & pastry, and lodging, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management from Bellevue University (2015).

Natale is a Lincoln, Nebraska native who met her husband Ron while working at Pinnacle Bank Arena. They have three sons, Ronnie, Kyler, & Findley, along with two dogs, Nola & Roadie.
