Leanna Klempa

Leanna Klempa joined the Nebraska Athletic Department in May of 2021 as a payroll and HR assistant and has served as a payroll and HR coordinator since 2023. She is responsible for processing and reconciling payroll, while also assisting new employees with hiring paperwork.

Klempa previously worked in the business office for the Nebraska Unions from 1996 to 2005 and then the business office of the UNL Chemistry Department from 2005 to 2020.

Leanna is originally from Curtis, Neb. She and her husband, Paul, have two sons, Jake and Carter.
