Mandie Nocita

Mandie Nocita was promoted to Assistant Coach in 2026 after serving the Nebraska softball program for four season as the Director of Video Technology, Analytics and Player Development. She was hired in December of 2022 and has helped the Huskers to two Big Ten titles and a Women's College World Series Appearance. 

Nocita continues to oversee the program’s technology and data analytics operations while taking on expanded coaching duties. She collects and organizes data across practice and competition and helps with NU's game strategy, scouting and player development. She also serves as the Director of Youth Camps and assists in a variety of leadership roles in day-to-day responsibilities with staff and players.

• Worked with Top Club Organizations and High Schools in Nebraska, Iowa, Kansas and Missouri 
• Serve the National Fastpitch Coaches Association and NCAA in leadership roles and on select committees 
• Served as a coach for a USA represented team in 2016 and 2018 with the AIST organization
