Matt Pearce is in his first season with Nebraska Football as a Recruiting Coordinator in 2025-26.
Pearce joins the Huskers after serving as the Director of Recruiting with Coastal Carolina Football as well as various other recruiting roles from 2018-25. He worked directly with head coach Tim Beck to assist in the day-to-day operations of recruiting.
Prior to CCU, Pearce was a football student assistant in the recruiting and video departments at Nebraska from 2014-18.
Pearce earned his bachelor's degree in journalism from Nebraska in 2018. He received his master's degree in business administration from the University of South Dakota in May 2021.
