Matthew Winter joined Nebraska Athletics in December 2025 as a Facilities Associate. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations and upkeep of the Bob Devaney Sports Center as well as other athletic facilities.
Prior to the Huskers, Winter served Nebraska Wesleyan as the Assistant Director of Athletic and Recreation Facilities.
Winter earned his bachelor's degree from Nebraska Wesleyan in sports management.
