Mac comes to us originally from Detroit, MI but has lived in Nebraska for many years finding her home in Lincoln. Mac earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality, Restaurant, & Tourism Management from UNL in 2020 and earned her Master’s Degree in Strategic Human Resource Management from Bellevue University in 2025. Mac discovered her passion in Food & Beverage Management within the HRTM Program but soon found another passion for Human Resources. Mac pursued her passions in food & beverage and human resources separately but is now combing her two passions in the world of Sports & Entertainment with Aramark.
