Ryan Rediger joined Nebraska Athletics as a strength and conditioning intern in May of 2025.
Rediger previously served the Huskers as a Husker Power volunteer intern during the 2024-25 school year. In this position, Rediger assisted with various Olympic sports including men's and women's basketball, wrestling, gymnastics and spirit squad. He was the designated intern for the 2024-25 men's basketball season and led the programming and weightroom workouts for the Scarlets dance team during the 2025 spring semester.
Prior to Nebraska, Rediger interned in the weightroom at Nebraska Wesleyan during his last semester of school (Spring 2024). While in school at NWU, Rediger also worked in the private sector at The Xplosive Edge from January 2023-April 2024.
Ryan, a Lincoln, Neb., native, graduated from Nebraska Wesleyan with a bachelor's of science in health and fitness studies and a minor in coaching. He also was a member of the soccer team.
