Effective July 1, 2023
Your ticket to a Nebraska Athletics event, regardless of format (e.g., hardcopy or electronic), is a revocable license that grants you admission to an event sponsored by Nebraska Athletics by and on behalf of the Board of Regents of the University of Nebraska (“University”). The original ticket purchaser is solely responsible for ensuring that their ticket is not duplicated in any way.
By using a ticket to an event at a Nebraska Athletics facility (or any other venue in which Nebraska Athletics “home” events may be played), you and any minor accompanying you to the event for whom you obtain a ticket (collectively referred to as the “ticket holder”, whether one or more), agree to these terms and conditions (the “Agreement”). You hereby represent you are authorized to act on any minor’s behalf in accepting the applicable terms of this Agreement. You agree the University may change the terms of this Agreement at any time and that your use of a ticket after such change is posted will mean that you accept such changes. You are solely responsible for reading and understanding this Agreement before using your ticket and the ticket of any accompanying minor.
- All persons, including any accompanying minors, must present a ticket to enter.
- Ticket holders consent to searches of their person and all items being carried onto the premises; prohibited items may be confiscated. Ticket holder acknowledges that the University has no liability for ticket holder’s property. All persons must hold and keep their ticket while attending the event.
- The ticket barcode allows only ONE ENTRY PER SCAN. Unauthorized duplication or tampering with a barcode may prevent admission into the event. Tickets not purchased through a properly authorized agency may be lost, stolen, or counterfeit and, if so, may be denied admission or result in ejection from the event. Tickets may not be used by businesses or charities for advertising, promotions, or sweepstakes, without Nebraska Athletics' written consent.
- Please refrain from throwing items onto the field of play. This is strictly prohibited. Violation of law, University of Nebraska rule, or the terms and conditions related to the use, sale, event admission, and attendance associated with a ticket may result in refusal of entry, removal from the event, and/or refusal of admission into subsequent Nebraska Athletic events, including the forfeiture of season tickets and the ability to purchase single game tickets.
- Balls and equipment, the play of a game or contest, or other activities on the field or court may carry into the stands or other areas occupied by spectators. Also, an inherent risk of exposure to communicable diseases or illness exists in any place where people gather, including athletic events, which can lead to severe illness and death. The ticket holder assumes all risks incident to attending the event for which it was issued, whether such risks occur prior to, during, or subsequent to the actual event. The ticket holder agrees to hold the University of Nebraska and other participating schools harmless from damages or injuries that might arise by attending the event.
- Food served at the venue may contain allergens, including peanut products. Please take reasonable steps to avoid known allergic reactions. The University of Nebraska does not accept responsibility for any death or injury suffered as a result of food allergies.
- Event time/date is subject to change. Please consult Huskers.com for up-to-date event information. No refunds or exchanges are allowed.
- Use of a ticket means you and any accompanying minors have agreed to the terms and conditions of this Agreement in effect on the date of the event which are accessible at the Ticket Office or huskers.com/ticket-terms.
- Guests are encouraged to report any disruptive behavior at an event to the nearest event staff member or may report the issue via text message to 402-472-0800 (include your location and a description of the issue).
- Rights to record the play and images of the event are owned and subject to the rights of the University of Nebraska, Big Ten Conference, NCAA, the individuals participating in the event, and their licensees (“Rights Holders”). The ticket holder agrees not to create, transmit, display, sell, or distribute the event, sounds, or images in any format, except for non-commercial, personal purposes.
- Rights Holders and certain current and future sponsors and licensees of Nebraska Athletics will have the unrestricted right and license to use ticket holder’s image, likeness, name, voice, comments and/or other proprietary or public rights and/or those of any accompanying minor in any live or recorded broadcast, telecast, photograph, video, audio, audiovisual, and/or other recording taken in connection with the event or other transmission, distribution, public performance, or reproduction in whole or in part of an event, for all purposes, worldwide, in perpetuity, and in any and all media now or hereafter known, without compensation. The rights granted herein are assignable.
- The consumption or possession of alcohol is not permitted at Nebraska Athletics events, nor is it allowed at Pinnacle Bank Arena or Haymarket Park when those venues serve as a home venue for the Huskers.
- Whether refunds of all or any portion of a ticket price are allowed or denied is in the sole discretion of the University, provided that such is permitted by law. No refunds shall be granted should the ticket holder violate these terms and conditions.
- This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska without giving effect to its conflicts of law provisions. Any legal actions brought hereunder shall be instituted in the state or federal courts located in Lancaster County, Nebraska.
