Self-Guided Tours

Attractions available to the public

  • Gate 23A Field View: 8am-5pm (with extended hours in the summer)
  • Note: There will be some days that Gate 23A is closed when Nebraska is practicing inside on the main field.
  • Bob Devaney Statue - located outside Gate 20
  • Tom Osborne Statue - located outside the Osborne Legacy Complex
  • Hall of Fame Plaza - located east of Memorial Stadium
  • Legacy Statue - located east of Memorial Stadium
  • Bob Devaney & Tom Osborne Tribute - located outside the southwest corner of Memorial Stadium
  • Husker Shop - located inside Pinnacle Bank Arena 

The Osborne Legacy Complex (OLC) Hall of Champions, Presented by Crete Carrier

  • Public Access: Wednesday-Sunday, 9:30am-4pm
  • No Public Access: Monday-Tuesday
  • No Public Access: Friday-Saturday during home football game weeks 

NOTE: The north stadium lobby of Memorial Stadium will no longer be open to the public.

Guided Tours (free of charge)

All guided tours will need to first register online here. Tours cannot be scheduled anywhere else. Tour requests must be submitted a minimum of two (2) weeks prior to the requested tour date. Once a guided tour request has been submitted, a representative will be in contact within three (3) business days to confirm the request. Tour groups cannot exceed 100 attendees. Attendees are to display the utmost respect to their tour guide and the facilities at all times when on property. Attendees are not allowed in any spaces outside of the approved tour route. Restrooms will be available at field level and in the OLC lobby. Limited food and drink will be allowed, however there will be NO opportunity for groups of any size to sit down and dine within the guided tour spaces. Larger groups, i.e. field trips, may utilize spaces outside Memorial Stadium. All trash will need to be taken away or discarded in trash receptacles.

Guided tour availability will be subject to the availability of tour guides. Tours will be scheduled on the top of the hour, i.e. 10am, 11am, 12pm, 1pm, 2pm, 3pm. Different tour groups could be scheduled at the same time; minimum of 10 attendees and not to exceed 100 attendees. The last tour of the day will be 3pm. 

August 1 – January 31

  • Wednesday-Friday: 12pm-3:30pm
  • On home football game weeks, there will be no guided tours Thursday-Sunday

February 1 – July 30

  • Wednesday-Friday: 10am-3:30pm

NOTE: Guided tours can be subject to change based on the Nebraska Football teams training schedule.  Best efforts will be made to solidify dates and times.

Route

  • All tours will start at Gate 11 (outside the northwest corner of Memorial Stadium)
  •  Parking
    • Individual cars will need to utilize the available public pay-to-park options (parking garage and meter options)
    • Buses and other oversized transportation sources will need to vet parking through the online tour registration process
  •  A tour guide will meet their group at Gate 11
  • Tour groups will need to be onsite and ready a minimum of five (5) minutes before the start of the tour. Late arriving groups forfeit their scheduled appointment. 
  • Tour groups will be given access to the Tom Osborne field at Memorial Stadium
  • After the Tom Osborne field experience, attendees will exit gate 15 and walk around to the entrance of the OLC Lobby
  • The tour is over after the OLC Hall of Champions experience
  • Projected tour length is 30-45 minutes

NOTE: There will be no access to the Hawks Championship Center Indoor facility or any other restricted access locations within Memorial Stadium, the Hawks Championship Center, and the Osborne Legacy Complex.
