Emily Zhu joined the Nebraska women's golf team as a graduate transfer after earning her bachelor's degree from the University of Miami.
"We are thrilled to welcome Emily to Nebraska," Hall said. "Her talent, maturity and perspective will make an immediate impact on our program, and we're excited to help her continue her competitive career."
Before Nebraska
Zhu earned valuable experience competing at the national and international levels throughout her junior golf career. A member of the Canadian Junior National Team from 2018 to 2022, Zhu established herself as one of Canada's top junior golfers, winning the Canadian Junior Championship in 2019 after a runner-up finish at the event in 2018. She also won the Junior Orange Bowl International championship in 2021.
