Senior (1993-94)
One of the most improved golfers from start-to-finish in her Nebraska career, Lincoln native Kim Lefler captured All-Big Eight honors with a tie for sixth individually at the conference championships. She helped lead the Huskers to a fourth-place team finish and their first-ever NCAA West Regional bid in 1994. She closed her career by notching NU's third-best score (233) at the NCAA West Regional to finish in a tie for 60th.

Lefler fired a three-round score of 231 for her best-ever tournament total at the Big Eight Tournament, including a career-best 72 in the opening round. Her three-round tournament score marked a 29 stroke improvement over her season-best score of 260 during her freshman campaign in 1990-91. Originally a walk-on to the Husker program, Lefler dropped her season stroke average by nearly eight strokes, after posting an 87.6 stroke average through eight rounds as a true freshman in 1990-91.

She closed her career with an 83.09 stroke average over 88 rounds.

In addition to her work ethic on the course, Lefler was a standout in the classroom as a three-time NGCA Scholastic All-American and a two-time academic All-Big Eight honoree.

Junior (1992-93)
Lefler's drastic improvement continued during her junior year at Nebraska, as she dropped her season stroke average to 83.4 and knocked nearly 10 more strokes off her then-career-best three-round tournament total.  She fired a season-best tournament score of 241 and struck for a season-best round of 78. A mainstay in the NU lineup, she helped the Huskers to a fourth-place finish at the Big Eight Championships.

One of the hardest workers on the team, Lefler was named Nebraska's 1992 Winter Conditioning Player of the Year by her teammates.

In the classroom, Lefler captured NGCA Scholastic All-America honors for the second straight season, while adding academic All-Big Eight honors for the first time in her career.

Sophomore (1991-92)
In her second season with the Huskers, Lefler continued to show impressive gains on the course, posting an 86.0 stroke average over 21 rounds. She notched her top round of the season with an 80 and managed a season-best tournament total of 250 - 10 strokes better than her freshman campaign.

Off the course, Lefler earned NGCA Scholastic All-America honors for the first time in her career.

Freshman (1990-91)
Lefler earned a lineup spot in the first fall tournament of her freshman season after walking on to the Husker program from Lincoln East High School. Although she competed in only eight rounds during her freshman campaign, Lefler's opening act provided a small glimpse of things to come during her NU career.

She closed her freshman season with an 87.6 stroke average that included a season-best round of 83.

High School/Amateur
Lefler was a walk-on to Nebraska after competing at Lincoln East High School. She was the 1992 Lincoln city champion.
